Event Description:
The Deal Exchange is a VC only program that requires attending VC's to share a cleantech deal with the group. You will be given a one-page form to fill out for your deal and you will have 3 minutes to discuss your deal, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
Deal Criteria: $0-$10 million in revenue, Information Technology, Early-stage (seed, A, B, or C).
Deal Mix: 1) Portfolio Companies, 2) Deals you are interested in that require syndication, or 3) Strong deals that you passed on for geographic or industry focus related reasons.
